ST KITTS AND NEVIS CITIZENSHIP BY INVESTMENT PROGRAM

The St. Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by Investment Program is the oldest of its kind in the world. Established in 1984, it grants citizenship and a passport to qualified applicants through donations or real estate investments. The government requires either a minimum donation of $150,000 to the Sustainable Growth Fund (SGF) or an investment of $400,000 in real estate (can be reduced to $200,000 for affiliated investors) plus applicable government and due diligence fees.

Important Note: As of January 1, 2017, only certain international agents are eligible to promote the St. Kitts program. Resungamedipack is authorized by the CIU and the Government of St. Kitts to promote the St. Kitts Citizenship by Investment Program.

St. Kitts and Nevis does not impose taxes on income or capital from abroad and a second citizenship can complement existing tax planning and asset protection strategies. Citizens of St. Kitts and Nevis can travel visa-free to over 165 countries, including the EU Schengen visa zone, the United Kingdom, Ireland and Switzerland.

Dependent children up to age 30 can be included, as can dependent parents age 55 and older. No visitation is required. Government, professional association and due diligence fees apply.

Individual applicants can contribute $150,000 to the Sustainable Growth Fund (SGF); a family of up to four can contribute $195,000 + expenses. For a limited time, families of four can receive a $45,000 discount on their St. Kitts Citizenship by Investment application.
